WELCOME, I'M ERIN!

I am an experienced educator working to transform math learning into a positive and meaningful journey. 

This was my motivation for founding Roots and Wings Math in 2024. With over 19 years of experience in teaching and school leadership and a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics, I’m passionate about helping parents and educators create positive, lasting math experiences that empower every learner.

Whether I’m designing engaging workshops for teachers, collaborating with schools to enhance instruction, or guiding parents through strategies to support their young children, my goal is always the same: to nurture growth and a love for math that lasts a lifetime.

Through Roots and Wings Math, I aim to equip parents, teachers, and schools with the tools and strategies to help every child develop both the roots to build a strong foundation and the wings to soar with confidence in math.
